Shipping & returns
The shipment will be made by courier within 3 working days from the completion of the purchase, where the completion of the purchase means the successful completion of the transaction and the receipt of the data necessary for shipping.
If the ordered goods are not in stock and / or are temporarily out of stock, an email will be sent with the approximate times to be able to prepare the shipment.
Upon collection of the purchased goods, check the integrity of the packaging in the presence of the courier, that it has not suffered damage during transport.
In case of damage, do not collect the goods, take some high quality photos of the damage found and notify us of the problem immediately via your customer area, we ask you to document the problem also with the photographs taken.
The right of withdrawal is governed by the Italian Consumer Code, in Article 52 et seq. of the Legislative Decree 206 of 2005
the customer has the right within 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, communicating his will through his customer area.
The consumer code makes the exercise of the right of withdrawal subject to the “substantial integrity of the property”.
Once you have communicated your desire to exercise the right of withdrawal, we will provide your registered email with a return number to be mandatorily inserted inside the packaging together with a copy of the invoice and the order number in order to correctly process the return of the goods. .
In the event of withdrawal, you must return the goods to us within 14 days, making sure you have them well packed so as not to suffer damage during transport; and send us by email a copy of the receipt of the shipment and the code for tracking the package together with the order number of our product to the email address: support@boostialsurf.com
The shipping costs of the withdrawal are charged to the customer.
Upon receipt of the returned goods after ICAB s.r.l inspection, it will promptly proceed with the refund due.
